Hello all! I recently (2022) purchased an iPhone 13 Pro Max. Unfortunately, I can only play Pandora or use maps when my phone is plugged in with a cord in the car. The phone will not connect at all and only works through the phone speakers. If I unplug the phone, the car does not recognize the phone at all via bluetooth. I had no compatibility issues like this with my former iPhone 6s Plus. Does anyone have any tips for pairing my new iPhone 13 pro max with the 2016 NX200T?

I would recommend deleting all related bluetooth profiles from your phone and car and start fresh. I, along with a few others that I know have run into this issue before (especially after major ios updates) and have solved it by starting fresh.

This charger is clearly defective to the point our salesman said it simply can't be relied upon. It's not the placement issue. Why has this not been recalled?
