We parked and came back. Started the car and display is on a loop. Can't press home, menu, radio, mouse pad, ect... got home. Did the disconnect the - battery pole and nothing. #1 tried for 10minutes #2 tried for a full hour and nothing. PLEASE HELP!

You too?!
I have a 16’ NX200t I bought with 40,000 miles and I’ve been having this problem since I bought it in 18. I’ve taken it to the dealership more than half a dozen times (it’s happened a lot more than I’ve taken it in for) and they claim they can’t find the cause. I’m pissed because they just keep giving me the same bs line every time. Have you gotten an actual answer as to why this is happening?

In some of my previous vehicles they had a CD in the CD reader in the trunk that stored the software. If the CD was defective it would exhibit this same behavior.
I'm not sure if these units (in the trunk) have a CD or a magnetic card (i.e. SD).
Regardless of which it is, your first try should be to simply EJECT the CD or card, and then reinsert it.
If that doesn't work, try the following:
If it's a CD:
1. Eject the CD and clean it carefully.
2. Purchase a CD reader cleaner disk. Probably about $9.
If it's a card reader (i.e. SD):
1. Eject the card and then reinsert it.
2. If that doesn't work, insert the card into a reader connected to your desktop/laptop. COPY the entire contents to a NEW card and try the new card.
