2016 NX300h Pre Purchase Questions

One of the folks I work with has a 2016 NX300h for sale. It looks really nice, but I wanted ask you folks a few questions about it. Do you know a 2016 would be equipped with radar cruise control/cross traffic detection safety system? Were there any mechanical/electrical issues that 2016 model years had that weren't present in the later models?
