With adaptive cruise control and LTA on, there’s an annoying beep every time the system temporarily can’t detect a line (such as when a line is snow-covered or nonexistent eg country Roads). this happens frequently while driving even if I’m not changing lanes. Very annoying. Is there a way to disable or convert to vibrate?

Unlikely, so many lawyers would have crashed their cars and filed law suits if this were not the case. "Lexus needs to pay me $10M because it didn't warn me that the safety system couldn't see the lane markings during a white-out and I drove into a ditch".

You can turn-off the beep for these (I think) it's somewhere on the info screen menu.
