Socket Size
Spring is coming. It is time to thing about swapping tires back to all season. What is the size of socket should I use for the lug bolts? I tried with a 17 mm but it is a bit loose.

Perhaps check another socket? I'm pretty sure it's 17mm.

I use a thin-wall 17mm w/ an anti-scratch urethane cover to prevent scratches.

Buy 2 alignment pins, Take out a top and bottom lug bolt and put in 2 alignment pins-----------------much better than using 1. There cheap on Amazon.

Are you asking what size your lug nut takes?
Or are you asking what size socket should you use/buy for your wheel?

Good idea! Is the guide pin size M14 x 1.5?

That’s not socket size. That’s the lug stud sizing.. If 17mm is too small, then try 19 or 21mm.

The correct sized socket for removing the "lug bolts" on the 2022-2023 NX is 17MM. The lug bolt is an M14X1.5.

@43sbest Do you have an Amazon link for the Pins?
This is ALL new to me. I haven't had PINS on any of my ES's I have or have had over the years. I'm picking up my NX 450h+ on 12-15 April.

@CaptAngry The sockets you mentioned, did you purchase it/them with the scratch protection or is this something you use somehow? I have never heard of this before. I'm interested in finding these. Do you have a link to where you got them? If so, would you share?
Thanks in advance.
