I’ve build and priced a 450+ on the site (executive package on atomic silver), and the final price shows the 5000$ from Canadian government deducted. So I guess it still qualifies.

Model Y doesn't have nearly the same amount of luxury. You go from three displays to 1 not even a HUD and it's quite noisy the ride quality of a Model Y is straight garbage in comparison to the NX 450. My brother has a model Y and lets me drive it regularly and while it's Fast the ride quality is both noisy and harsh the wheels just make so much road noise.
