See my post above #52

Yes I can confirm Lexus uses ball or radius fitment for their lug bolts. I have snows on separate rims and they are conical so I have to supply correct bolts whenever I get my tire swap done.

NX250 comes with spare, it would be compatible with all NX.

Its the same size 18x4, but I believe it takes the cone nuts and not the ball bolts the nx uses. Part# I ordered is 4261B-F6010.

That's incorrect.. The RX also uses Ball Lug Bolts the same as the NX.

This is the Lexus part #:
https://parts.lexus.com/p/Lexus_2022...094202090.html
$5.74 USD each
M14x1.5 Ball Seat Wheel Bolt (27mm)

In Canada it's cheaper!
https://www.lexuspartsdirect.ca/p/Le...094202090.html
$4.70 CDN each
Buy through your dealer, ask them to confirm part is correct # and fit's your NX. You can't beat the pricing and you can trust the quality.

I bought four of them to swap out the stupid wheel lock bolts, they don't hold up over repeated use I find, and if someones wants to steal an OEM rim they're welcome to it.

I am hoping you are correct, it would give me another option of what I could buy for a factory spare. I have had my order cancelled by one dealer(Rallye lexus) and the other(lexus of wesley chapel) says there is only one of these available from the manufacturer and it will be difficult to get. I found the part# for the 2023-2024 rx 350 spare wheel is 4261b0e030. Can anyone confirm the size of this wheel?

Bell Lexus has a sale this week still, but it is listed for the RX.

That solves the mystery. Thank you. Would you check the back of the wheel for the size please? It should be stamped on there somewhere. Why would lexus have 2 different part numbers for the same size wheel is the real mystery.LOL.
