Was just looking at my Lexus App and saw there was a Service Campaign entry. So I went to view it. Here is what I found:
I've been waiting for a letter notifying me my FOB was being sent or something about obtaining my second FOB. So I guess I'll contact my Dealer and see what he says.

I received a letter from Lexus today. It basically states the same as the App post above. I'll ask them about it when I call to schedule my 10K check-up.

You need to call ahead as the dealership needs to order the fob in for you. You can't just show up and get one; they likely won't have yours in stock. At least, that was the story with mine.

THANKS for the heads up. I have to call to schedule the 10K service. I am about 1,500 miles out. I was going to wait a little longer to call as we don't put a lot of miles on the car per week. It may be the first of the year before we hit 10K. How long did it take to get your FOB in? That will give me an idea when I need to call.

I gave the process a couple of weeks from the call to the dealership to make the appointment.
call Toyota Customer Experience Center 800-331-4331 with your VIN or manufacture date ( from front door well) to find out what phase you are in.. By phase 7 everyone should start getting 2 FOBs at purchase.
I have been waiting since April for my second key - the dealer told me that I would get it a few weeks after delivery. I have no information as to when I will get it. I am very unhappy with Lexus.
Got my car end of April, receive the notification on my App few weeks ago, letter came 1 week later, called my dealer to order the fob and schedule an appointment, got my 2nd fob done a few days ago.
Was looking at my Lexus app today uner Health & Alerts and found the Second Key Delivery 23LJ01 notification from November 21. Says to call dealer to get the second key which I will do next week (took delivery of vehicle July 12)
Got the second key from the local dealer today. As I got into the car I could swear I heard the Lexus voice say "you complete me" but it could have been imagined.

Nice. Getting my second key tomorrow along with 5k miles service. Now I don’t have to constantly remind my wife not to lose the only key : )
Just received my second key today. Purchased NX350h on May 5, 2023. Yesterday I checked my Lexus app and it said call Dealer regarding 2nd key. Dealer confirmed that system now showed we could now order the key. We made an appointment for the next day and just received it. Finally! Yay!! Looks like the backlog is finally catching up. Call your Dealer. Their computer system will have a notification if your car is now okay. for programming a second key fob. We had not yet received a letter, so you may want to check on your Lexus app to seee if you have a notification, then call the dealer if it tells you to Call the Dealer.
