I ordered an aftermarket one via eBay. Shipping from China to the US took 19 days. Similar to @dc88 ’s experience, my installation was not a simple swap. I used a small flathead screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit to release the two wire connectors from the harness so that the polarity could be reversed. After that modification the lamp worked.

The lamp is very bright and puts the OEM one to shame.

Why would Lexus install this with only 1 led? Especially with how much this option costs. Is there any issues with electrical system shorting out with a higher #led bulb? Is that why Lexus only uses 1 led or is it a cost reduction for Lexus?

@NiCoRe i too have the NX450H+ and haven’t gotten a response from sellers if it will fit. So which one did you purchase that works on your vehicle?

There is an OEM accessory with 4 LEDS...so it is cost reduction at its finest.

I bought this one off of AliExpress. It took nine days to get to Los Angeles from China. $14.02+tax and no need for rewiring. Plug and play out of the package for my 22 350h. I’d say it’s much brighter than the OEM single led light.

I bought this as well for the same price. I was fully prepared to install myself, but the dealer took care of it for me. I was in the garage at night and turned off the lights. Amazing light for the cargo interior. I love it! Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

I received the one I bought from the eBay listing in the OP. Similar to other people I had to use a small screwdriver to pull out and swap the wires before it would work but it looks way better than the OEM single LED light. Thanks for sharing!

I'm thinking I'm going to have to do the same when mine finally arrives. Any hints on how to swap them wires? You must have had to use a jewelers screwdriver to unlock the pins? I haven't torn mine apart yet. How hard was it to get the pins loose? I've never done it before and don't want to cut the wires and switch to colors around. Thanks for any tips.

Yeah I used the smallest jewellers screwdriver I had in the set and it worked well. I went from the 'front' (where the metal pins poke out and connect to the wiring in the car) into the holes above the prongs. I kinda just poked it in and lifted the plastic hook that holds the wire in place while slightly tugging on the wire on the back and it slid out fairly easily. Once both wires were out I used the screwdriver to push the hooks back down to bend them back and swapped the wires over. Hopefully yours goes as smoothly
