It took about three weeks to arrive, but I just got my Aliexpress replacement light and installed it today. Super easy swap like others have said, just pop out the old one and pop in the new one.
What impresses me the most is that this vendor clearly has the inside scoop from Lexus product development, as they already know this light will only work until the 2028 model refresh:
I ordered an aftermarket one via eBay. Shipping from China to the US took 19 days. Similar to @dc88 ’s experience, my installation was not a simple swap. I used a small flathead screwdriver from an eyeglass repair kit to release the two wire connectors from the harness so that the polarity could be reversed. After that modification the lamp worked.
The lamp is very bright and puts the OEM one to shame.

I ordered one of these off of e-Bay, looks identical to the one shown, including the good to 2027 model year apparently. Seems to be good, didn't require any moving of connector wires to get it to work that some others have found.
