I checked this morning as I was heading out on the school run and find nothing.
However, on driving back home and parking, it popped up with the update. Didn't have my phone with me, but before I went upstairs to pick it up and back down, the update had started.
Updated the HU SW from 1025 to 1040. It would seem the update brings mostly improvements to Cloud navigation and voice assistant.

They seem to be taking their sweet time rolling out 1040, I recall people discussing this new version for the past few months. My car was built in March and came from the factory with version 1050. Not noticed any bugs, but lots of room for future improvements in design though.

Nothing was showed on my Mobile App either, just had the update Popped up on the car screen. It's really annoying they Lexus cannot event sync their App to their Car server properly
I installed the update a couple days ago. I like the easier access to the vehicle menus from CarPlay, but not a fan of the popups when music starts playing. Also today, I kept getting prompted for my PIN while I was driving, about once every five minutes or so.
I skimmed through this but has anybody had issues with texting on car play. I’ve had issues for months due to Apple. Then Apple fixed then once I updated my Lexus software now it’s happening again. Wtf!? Anybody else!? Pls help lol
Has anybody found a fix to the iMessage issue? I’m on the latest iOS. It was fixed for a little bit then I updated my car software and it crapped out again! 😒
