Yes. I picked up my new ES300H sedan and I am having the same issue with Blind Spot Monitoring. I have been trying to get the "beep" sound to operate for some months, without any success. Finally contacted Lexus and found out that the sound is not a feature of the vehicle and there is nothing that can be done. I stressed the importance and safety aspect of any car in 2023, but I was told - No.
Not impressed.
