I have a 23 NX 450H+ Base. Here are the photos of the Tow Pin I received with my vehicle.

This is the Tow Pin received. It is a total of 10" long. The Thickness of the Tow Pin is 1". The Tow Pin Threads are 3/4". I do not know the thread number.

I saw in the owners manual that it was included. I went back out and checked it again and there it was. Nestled comfortably in its cut-out in the very front far left corner of the styrofoam insert under the cargo hatch. I didn't see it when I first looked.
I have a 2024 NX350 base and have been looking for the tow hook license plate mount as well. Anyone have any luck finding one that fits? I asked ijdmtoy awhile ago and they said they don't have any that fits.
I don't know for sure but I assume there are only a handful of thread sizes for tow hook right? If so, there should be one made with a matching thread size that works right?

I received the mount few days ago but didn't try it yet. I'm thinking if the yow hook cover is removed, would it cause the inside to rust since it's exposed to rain, snow, car wash? I as thinking if I can drill a hole to fit the mount's post thru it so less water gets in but seems hard to drill on the right spot.

Do not overthink it, and definitely do not drill anything, If you got the tow hook plate then use it, if you worry about the rust, then maybe use the plate that goes in front of a grill, or do not use any plates at all.

I mean it is for 2022+ so should not have any problems
