Hi all. Purchased a NX 350 premium last year in April from Lexus of Lansing and was told at the time of purchase that they weren't willing to give anything lower than MSRP because 1. market conditions and 2. included lifetime warranty for a set of parts they have listed. It was plastered in a poster near the salesmen's desks and I really should've taken a pic when I went in b/c for the life of me, I cannot seem to find this list online. I am thinking of changing title and registration over to kid who is moving and was wondering if this warranty still applies. I have also been trying to reach the dealership I purchased with but it is under new ownership and so far my phone calls have ended in confusion. I have been unable to reach the salesman by text, but I believe he is still with the dealership so maybe will call today. Wanting confirmation that other people heard this as well during their purchase?

 

That’s probably why the dealership was sold. To get out of those “ Free Oil Changes For Life “ programs
