Default It’s a miracle

Filled the tank. Drove 100 miles and fuel gauge
still reads full. Someone loves me.
Anyone have this? Does it go away. Reset it somehow. Buy a new Lexus?

I noticed this as well. There must be a lag in the reading. It will start to decline shortly, at least it did for me.

Like all Toyotas, the fuel guage (more or less) tracks the fuel level physically from 20% full to 80% full.

We took a 100 mile trip with a full tank. The gauge dropped about 1/3. Return trip with a full tank and gauge is frozen

UPDATE.... Gauge decided to adjust itself. Not sure sure how accurate it is but at least it's trying.

Was the weather the same on both legs of your trip? Higher temperatures causes to expand and that may be the reason the gauge didn't record properly on the return trip.

Weather did not vary that much. Was not extreme

There are 8 bars on the fuel gauge when the tank is full. I think there are at least 2 more invisible bars. I had a road trip to a destination and I used 3 bars of gas. I should have 5 bars left but I had to refuel when there was only one bar left on my way home.

I like the feature on the display to the left of the steering wheel that shows miles remaining until next fill up.

I took my wife's new 2024 NX350h with 4 miles on it, full tank. Drove 400 miles home and still have ~100 miles range left.
Didn't need to gas up once on that 400 miles trip, love it.
