NX350ET

Hi, I’m playing with NX350h’s Advanced park feature but It seems to only work on the right side. I still have to manually park to the left. Has anyone managed to get it to park on the left side? When I register a parking space, it seems to have options to park toward left but they are grayed out.
The feature to take the car back out of a parking spot works great though.

Are you talking parallel or perpendicular? If perpendicular, it needs lines in the subject parking spot for it to work. If the spot you've picked doesn't have line on both sides, I don't think it'll work. Been my experience anyway.

BTW, don't bother with using the system to park perpendicular in a spot frontwards. It takes forever for the car to get into a spot. Backing in takes longer than doing it myself, but at least it's acceptable. Parallel parking works pretty well, though.

@JasDmw yes. It was for perpendicular park. I have not tried to park parallel to the left yet. Thanks for the info. I’ll find a parking lot with better markings. I have not yet seen the car to recognize the parking spots on the left.
