Special Service Campaign 23LC01
Hello fellow owners. I was looking at my Lexus App yesterday and discovered quite by accident the recall listed above that addresses an issue with Safety Sense operation. Ours is a 2022 NX350H. Wondering if anyone else has discovered this or been notified.

2024 NX350h here.
Did not see this 23LC01 on our App. Do have another one though 23LD04, has something to do with the GPS Antenna Wire Harness.
Plan to take it in at 5K service, 3.4K miles as of today.

I had received the recall notice last week for my 2023 F Sport. I scheduled an appointment for this past Tuesday. It is a software update. They first test your system to ensure it needs the update. It’s like a 30-45 min procedure. Mine took a lot longer as it failed to update 3 times. It turned out the at it is so new that Lexus had not enabled my car or model in their backend system. As soon as they did it updated immediately.
Key thing to note, after the update my Nav (14 in with the 3 yr subscription) kept asking for my PIN. After remembering my PIN I put it in and it worked fine.

I love these but it's just that I need to wait a month or so to do it. My Lexus gives me a full tank of gas on any Recall. It's just that it takes me forever in my 450 to use a full tank of gas.

it does take a day or two to go away in my experience. However, yours does seem to be staying longer. I don’t believe it is something you can force.

I believe the free gas is usually called out in the campaign instructions to the dealer. Does anyone have that document for 23LC01?

My dealer used to give me a full tank of gas on these special service campaigns. They told me no on this one. I called Lexus, who also told me no. Did anyone get a full tank of gas on this Special Service Campaign?
I believe the free gas is usually called out in the campaign instructions to the dealer. Does anyone have that document for 23LC01?
