NOCO is (IMO) super top quality and a few notches above Ctek.
@Dblxx THANKS. I purchased the NOCO Genius 5 + Case for $69 off of the no.co website. The 35% military discount covered the cost of the Case and the sales tax. Can't wait to get it to hook it up and see what the 12V charge is.

You’re going to love it. It’s weird to say but they are sexy as chargers go. Lol.

Let us know how it works out.

I received my NOCO Genius 5 Charger today. The wife drove the car to town for lunch and put it on the EV Charger when she arrived back home.

So instead of connecting both chargers at once (EV & 12V), I just waited for the EV to compete its charging before connecting the 12V. I connected each of the clamps on the 12V battery posts and connected the end to the charger. I put the setting on 12V and waited and waited. All I got was the 25% charged light. I'm surprised it is down so low. I've left it connected and will drop in to see how it's progressing.

I could have sworn I read some where the 12V battery charges while plugged in to EV. But it's looking like it doesn't if all it was charged was 25%.

Glad I invested in this charger

UPDATE!!!
30 minutes in and the 100% light is blinking. So now I'm not sure if it is slow to read the battery level or it charged it that fast.

At the 30 minute mark with the 100% light flashing, I opened the hatch. Of course the car lights turn on and the locks are all controlled by the 12V. The Charger went blank and started flashing on the 25% again. I stood there and watched it and it didn't jump back up to the 100%. So I closed the hatch and locked the car. It stayed there blinking on the 25% mark. After a few minutes it jumped to 50% blinking.

Why does it go blank and start all over again when I opened the hatch? It seems to me that it would stay charging since it's on external power and charge is set to on. All I know is I don't want to experience a dead battery again. It was a royal pain to get it started again.

C-tek been around for ages and always moving forward with new smart technology ( North American website: https://smartercharger.com/ )

They have this nice little gadget called ""Comfort connect"; a small connector you place in a easy acces position on your hooby car/ long time parked car and connect your C-tek charger and its done!

OK, it's not "slow to charge" it is actually taking time to fully assess your battery and decide what to do with it.

When you put a load on the battery in ANY way the charger now needs to slow down, sometimes stop and re-evaluate what it needs to do after the load subsides and stabilizes.

@Dblxx Left the charger on the battery overnight. When I looked at it this morning only the 100% Green light was lit. All the other lower amounts were off. So I guess it completely charged and was in Maintain mode this morning. I'm happy!!!
