ML rear speakers not working in NX350h
Just joined the forum after lurking for many months while I waited for my car. I have an issue that I’m hoping the group can help me with. The Mark Levinson sound system in my 2023 NX350h appears to be malfunctioning. The rear surround speakers suddenly essentially cut out while I was driving a couple days ago and I can’t get the sound back. I tried reseting the audio system by holding down the volume button and also adjusted the fader and surround settings to see if that would help but nothing I tried worked. The front speakers are working fine. Am I missing something obvious? I otherwise love the car. Thanks in advance for any thoughts.

Yeah, I think the dealer is my best option at this point but I thought I’d see if anyone here had experienced it as well in case this was a known issue with a straightforward fix.
