My wife is disabled. I know how often this happens. One of the reasons that we chose the Lexus was the remote park which should allow us to avoid this happening. So you can understand our annoyance that Lexus UK have disabled our remote park.
They first tried to explain that it was illegal in the U.K. and EU. All in emails which I have copies.
A direct LIE.
After my MP (a government minister) became involved they retracted that and admitted it is a Lexus decision.
A reason that I can Never Trust Lexus.
They still have not enabled my remote park and say they have no plans to do so in the U.K.
Lexus U.K. are the “assclowns”. I guess I should join Reddit and copy those emails.

Most people have a total lack of self awareness mixed with selfishness. People will drive around for 5 minutes trying to get a parking spot 50 feet closer to the store. Can you walk? Great, how about you walk for another 21 seconds. Owner of that Lexus is even worse didn't bother to find an actual spot just said eff it I'll park on the lines and block this obviously specially equipped van.
