I haven't used the Lexus nav in my 2024 NX350h a lot yet, but it seems that after I enter a destination and add it to the Favorites list, it disappears after a few days. Am I imagining things or is this a 'feature' of the system?

You’re not imagining - I use my navigation everyday (since June/2023) my 2023 RX350h is doing the same in the last 1-2 months

I just bought a 2024 RX350h in May and the problem of the disappearing navigation favorites is still happening. Twice, I tried calling tech support from the number in the Lexus App and they weren't even aware of the problem. Ugh! I read the posts about resending from the App but that's not the point! The car can practically drive itself on the highway but they can't fix this annoying problem? The voice assistance is just as marginal as it was in the 4th gen model. I've definitely got a love/hate thing going with the new car. Sorry for ranting.

I only had mine for a month but are you all saving them as "favorite" from the phone app? my Home/Work/Favorite have not disappeared [a month] and still shows the 'Recent' from a month ago where we have traveled. addresses sent from the phone also works pretty good too. the fact the new Navi is a touch screen and many times faster than previous generation Navi, I am really enjoying using them except for voice command still a miss-or-hit.

Thanks, that's a good tip, All of my previous trips were in Recents so it's much easier to recall from there.

When you first mentioned your issue, I checked my app. All was there. Then next day I checked again, my favs, home, and work were missing and it won't let me set any of them. LOL, Lexus doing its very best to convince me not to buy the subscription. Lexus, stop trying so hard, you've convinced me already, I'll just stick with Google Maps!
