Noticed the below review on Edmunds.com.
Does anyone know where to find this 'Lexus Personalized Settings worksheet' that is mentioned here???
Thanks.
'My wife’s new car is excellent. After delivery she drove the car 80 miles in Seattle traffic without any issues. The technical features of the car were very well set up and explained before she drove away. I would recommend downloading and printing the Lexus Personalized Settings worksheet before completing the process. We reviewed and made selections at home before we met with the technology representative. We knew how she wanted the car set up before we took delivery. The NX lives up to the “nimble crossover” moniker. It is not a sports car. The nx350h is a very capable compact SUV, well equipped for this retired couple. Like our 2 previous cars, our Lexus was assembled in Canada. The excellent quality is very evident.'

I wasn't advised of an available download, but I would guess it is the same thing as printed in the owners manual. It is quite extensive, with what you can set, what a basic service writer can set, and what a tech can set. This includes both the infotainment and car functions.

While it says 2022 NX 250/350, the settings are the same for all trims and newer 2023 and 2024 models.
