He everyone, my first post. My wife has 2022 Lexus NX 250 FWD. Occasionally I drive it and today I happened to take it for a quick trip to store. As I was driving, I have noticed that none of my blind spot monitoring lights are turning on in traffic. Nothing at all as if blind spot monitoring was completely turned off. I went to car settings and further into driver assist settings thinking that my wife might have turned if off and blind spot monitoring was on! The was no light on dashboard indicating that it was off as well. The fix was to turn it off and on and then it starts working. However, once i visited store and started driving back home, blind spot was not working again. So, I did same trick of toggling switch off and on and it worked but this time only for few minutes and stopped working again. Car was never in accident and I can't think of anything unusual. Before I take to dealer, I was wondering if anyone had same issues?

You did the correct things. If it is on under driving assist it should come every time you start the engine and if it’s not on the driving assist light on the dash should be on. The only thing I can suggest is to make sure all the sensors and cameras are clean.
