Hey NX family,
I wanted to share a special review of my 2023 Lexus NX350h. After 1 year of ownership and 25,000km, I feel I have had enough time to go deep into all the pros and cons of this SUV.
I included lots of quirks I only learned after driving and experiencing the car long enough![Smilie](https://www.clublexus.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

The transmission is an eCVT, which is much improved over the older CVT. Nothing but large gearsets and a couple motor generators. Super reliable and much more efficient. A 50k mile fluid change is recommended for longevity, and it's super easy to do. Takes about 4 quarts, with just a simple drain and fill.
Great video though!!

Also, from what I understand the eCVT is the larger 801 found in the RX, Highlander, and sienna. I believe the electric motors are the larger ones as well. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think they are.

I enjoy Sonduren's NX reviews and other videos.. This one was thorough and affirming. It squares with my own experience 8 months along.

This video does an excellent job explaining how the system works in a 2004 Prius - the technology is essentially the same still but with larger motors.
