This is the one I have got ->

But there are many others that are custom, but I like how sturdy that one is.

Did anyone purchase a screen cover for the infotainment?

Amazon Amazon

My screen seems to have a clear tape over it, not sure that's from the shipping one? It's peeling on the edges at little also.

There are tempered glass covers, and there are also TPU covers, yours might have a TPU one, but I doubt, probably just a screen cover on a new screen, get yourself tempered glass one, you will be touching that screen all day every day.

Sounds like the dealership didn't remove the factory protective film. Just rip that off, carefully.

I bought a similar glass screen protector from Amazon as well. Fits well, works well. If you find the screen isn't sensitive enough, you can set the touch sensitivity in the settings. Intent is for use of gloves in winter, but will work for this.

I ended up purchasing this one:

Amazon Amazon

I share how it goes when I get it today.

Would you mind sharing pictures of your screen protector installed (specifically around the climate control *****)? Oh, and a link to the one you bought in Amazon too.

The link is above, it's the amazon icon sends to the link. The website in embedded by this site somehow.

I'll share a picture and review about it.

Haha I got the same one last year . I do not think there is going to be a good picture showing the screen installed. It will be invisible to you

Here, I got you some pictures of a screen, as I said before on overall picture you can't see anything, but I made a few closeups around the buttons.

As you can see it looks exactly as it shows in description pictures on Amazon

Well the fingerprints are there, so what they say about the screen that is it fingerprint proof is all lies haha but I can't really compare the difference between when the screen protector is there vs original screen without, maybe there would be even more smudges without any protector. Anyway, with the protector it is probably easier to wipe off all those smudges, and also you do not have to worry about scratching the screen, and you can rub that screen all you like.

Fit and finish looks pretty good.
