I read on this forum that someone people were having problems with the App and saying something like updates to Lexus servers, etc so i opened my App and the subscriptions gave me different prompts and accepted it, no grey screens. Yes, it is to do with the new batch of NX450+ that came to Canada, i think they were meant for USA/California and ended up to fill our requests. Who knows?
