Default 2024 NX 350H Back door door edge guard/seal

Anyone here can recommend good quality NX350h back door seal/guard protector?
Front seems installed but I think back door either wasn't installed or is missing somehow
Thanks

I don't know what the issues are with yours or who installed them. Mine were dealer installed over 10 months ago and all is well.

We need some pictures or something, no idea what you are talking about, and if you think you are missing something or things were installed wrong, take it back to the dealer and let them fix.

@oreon333 the door edge guard is an accessory, port installed item and could have been installed incorrectly. I agree OP should take it back to Lexus and have them install the back door edge guards correctly. Easy fix,

YMMV,

Mine were not port installed. I bought them separately and the dealer installed them.

Idk man, kiska3463 talking about seals. Are we talking about that tiny plastic adhesive strip that is protecting the edges for the doors or something else I bought a few rolls of those edge guards on AliExpress for like a dollar or two and installed on all the doors myself You can get a colored ones or clear. Also by back door they mean two rear doors, or the back trunk power door?

The Lexus/Toyota versions are very different from the looong rolls that cost just a few bucks. The rolls are uber flexible and not high quality. The Lexus versions are sturdy and come already shaped and cut to the curves of the doors, ie tailor made. Huge difference in quality and performance. I first installed them on my 1989 Toyota Corolla (great car) and sold it fours years later to a friend and they were still on for many years when he had it. It's often true that we get what we pay for.

Depends on whether they were on your original purchase order or not. I am guessing yours were not on your original purchase order. Then obliviously they would not have been preinstalled at the Port and would be installed at the Lexus dealer. makes sense.

Hope OP gets the Lexus dealer to resolve his problem',

Peace to all an YMMV,

I actually bought them from another Lexus dealer (better price) and my dealer installed them no charge. They are color matched perfectly. They’ll still be on the car when I pass it on. Made to last.

I'd like to see a photo of how your DIY project turned out. I had these on my 2015 NX 300h but my 450h+ didn't come with them. Could you post a photo here of one door edge?

Everything looks fine, what you called a driver door that has the seal is actually a back of a rear door, so it seals the crack between the front door and back door, there are no others seals for the back door.

Turns out I, and some others, thought you meant the door edge guards. You are actually talking about seals. I've never heard of them for any cars I've owned. But hey--learn something new everyday. Just curious--what do the seals do?
