I’ve deleted the app added it back I use it for two cars same thing on both cars you can’t get status as in if the doors are locked etc. lots of empty sections of the screen where are the odometer info should be and something else etc.

I don’t know if there’s a central server that could be having problems or if I have to take both cars into the shop or what.


Anybody else having any problems with the app?

 

I have. Screen says I have to subscribe, choose language, etc. Had to go to settings to choose phone, android auto, etc., which also acted a little differently. There has been no software update to explain the change, so maybe, as you say, a servers problem.

 

My tech at the dealer told me yesterday saying the server sometimes not working on weekends! Just have to wait for Monday... How come?!
