Me too. The only thing is don’t like about the auto 350 camera turning on under 3MPH is that it activates every time you come to a stop at a traffic light - the exact time you want to mess with the computer screen!

My hybrid uses gas. Regular grade gas; $0.65/gal less than Premium.

 

One glaring area where Lexus could really make a significant improvement is on their Lexus onboard NAV.
It can only save 20 favorite locations, you can’t name them, can’t alphabetize them and you can’t save by coordinates.
My 2017 trade-in could do all that I mentioned above and it could save unlimited favorite locations.
We should have a top tier, competitive NAV system. I expect the best from Lexus. I expected the Lexus NAV to be a stand alone system like my previous SUV and my wife’s SUV.
Sure, I can substitute with CarPlay, add Siri, and always carry my phone, but I expected better.

 

We need the option for an audio alert with the blind spot monitor, not just the flashing lights.

 

I dunno, coming from an older non-safetysystemseverywhere car, the NX already beeps too much. There's gotta be some kind of audio standardization like aircraft cockpits do soon, else every beep is going to get ignored since it just beeps at fricking EVERYTHING.

 

I'm asking for the audio alert to be optional so those who don't want the beeping can turn it off. I have the audio BSM on my other car and it has saved me multiple times when the mirror lights were not seen.

 

I was genuinely shocked as to how good the new Lithum ion driven 350 h is. Much better useable power than the laggy turbo. A absolute sweet spot would be the hybrid 2.4 turbo.

 

The NX is equipped with dash camera recording with the 360 camera like BMW. Feature is only active in the Japanese market. It includes recording in parking mode if it detects a jolt. Not quite the fullon security mode tesla offers when parked.

Privacy issue concern apparently in Western markets.

Suspect the it is being officially held back for the facelift.

 

Absolutely agree. Wife received her 2023 NX 350h and lives it. I bought in March a 2024 RX 350H love it and noticed it has the audible alert for BSM. Bizarre same system and one has it and one doesn't. Seems like an easy software update or how much would it has added in cost.

 

Are you able to turn off the audible alert for BSM on the RX?
