Michelin CrossClimate2

Thanks for the observation. Do you have 18" or 20" rims? I ask becasue I'm considering replacing my Bridgestone Alenza run flats with non-runflat A/S and the only real contenders are Michelin CC2 and The Yokohama Geolander X-CV. Worry that the CC2s could be a little "harsh" in a 50 series profile.

Im at 41K miles now. I didnt do any rotations and have been driving on regular roads....but I also swapped out my RFs for winters in Nov so probably that's why.

Thanks. I'll ask Tire Rack what they think about quiet and ride of the CC2's in 20x235x50.

One thing that stood out compare the Michelin CC2 vs Yoko Geolandar X-CV is that the Michelin will probably have a harder compound so the ride is stiffer but the Yoko is a softer compound but those will give a softer ride also not last the mileage claim.

I had to replace my OEM RFTs in my 2022 NX 450h+ f sport with the CC2's from Discount Tire. So far I am very impressed...the road noise is significantly less and the ride way is more comfortable per my wife. I wish Lexus did not switch to RFTs for the 2022+ NX. This is how a luxury vehicle should drive.

……. And my wife and I are still enjoying the cushioning given by the extra 5mm on our new replacement RFT Bridgestones - ride is much smoother and quieter than the original worn tyres.

Thanks!
I'm guessing all f-sports come with 20" rims? My 350h (non-f-sport) is coming with 20" rims and I'll be replacing the oem runflat Bridgestones Alenzas. Trying to decide between the Yokohama Geolander X-CV and the CC2s . I just worry about noise and ride of CC2s in a 50 series profile.
