i find the fake leather in the NX very good, as good as some nappa leather seats in some cars. As far as the animal right groupies, what are we going to do with all the animal skins after we butcher them for food? Throw them out? wouldnt that be more waste? We should use every part of the animal.

lol, I figured but I never know anymore with just text. ;-p
We have mbtex which is MB's non leather and it has held up very well now for 12 years. We had a CLK before that and it had actual leather seats, and as nice as they were you would start to see bolstering lines and creases everywhere. I agree we shouldn't waste parts of an animal, as everything should be used. I think the animal people more than likely don't eat meat or even have animal products so the ones that have the luxury of being able to spend $2-300k for a car probably don't associate themselves with stuff like that.
I just want to see the nx here shortly with the new infotainment system.

Why doesn’t Lexus just release the new NX early since it’s already been fully leaked exterior and interior. Why not just release it this summer?
I’m interested in either the new NX or Audi’s new SQ5 sport back or the refreshed BMW’s X3 or X4. I’ve been driving a BMW for 10 yrs so I’d like a bit more reliability and luxury this time around. I drive the 2021 RX and it’s just too big and floaty feeling.

Talked with few dealerships in the area. Looks like the NX 2022 can be arrival early next year maybe Jan/Feb. Just want to let people know and not get hopes up too high for this coming fall. But again, nothing is confirmed yet, hope it is coming this year still

Jan/Feb is fine, an official reveal now though would be great. By that point the 2023 RX should be about to be revealed - I’d think they would want that out for December to Remember this year.

There was some buzz today that the official reveal may be on 6/12. And that the media has been invited to view and drive all new Lexus products for 2022 at a press event at the Texas HQ June1-4.
