I doubt that , the NX is a big cash maker for Lexus they will spend the money on this car and have it all new, I am sure we will be looking at all new NX not a heavily updated NX. I wouldn't be surprised if it will be and most likely be on the same platform as the new RX which I assume Lexus will introduce too soon. I am just hoping they keep the turbo (but at least updated) and not put the 4 cylinder non turbo from the new Camry, Avalon, ES, and RAV4. Also they Hybrid hopefully they will put the one from Sienna and Highlander not Venza and RAV4. And then the Prime version with even more power than the RAV4 prime. One could hope right!

2019 NX300 vs 2022 NX350
The 2022 NX350 will be a new model. Any rumors as to what new features will be included vs 2021? Any rumors as to when it will be in dealers?
I currently have a loaded 2019 (without navigation) and have offer for swap for 2021 same features, same monthly lease cost. Need to decide if I want to wait for the 2022.

Early rumor was second half of 2021 as a 2022 model. There are teaser pictures out there and you can kind of quess what features more or less based on the other Lexus updates. I expect it to look like a UX on steroids. It’s rumored to have the 2.5 and the 3.5 non turbo motors that Toyota uses on everything instead of the current turbo 2.0 motor.
Is it worth the wait depends on what you value more a discount on a car that’s going to look a little dated in a few months, or paying a bit of a premium for a car that’s going to have the latest gadgets and will look current for another four years more or less.
In my case my wife’s RDX lease is up in April and I’m hoping to get it stretched to where Lexus starts trying to get rid of the 2021’s with incentives. The current NX is a perfect size for her (my RX is too big for her) and it seems like all the Toyota/Lexus SUV’s grow with every update!

Rumors are all over the map on the engine selection...I personally don't think the 3.5L V-6 will be making an appearance here, that's just not the right engine for this segment. I'm hoping the rumors of a 2.4L turbo four making ~300HP are correct, that would be just what I'm looking for.
Otherwise, everyone seems to think the infotainment system will be improved. I'll be ready to buy after May, so I'm hoping I will end up with a 2022 myself.

I have a 19 RX that I leased mostly because I loved the navigation screen. I soon found out how bad/useless it truly was. I’ve driven a 20RX loaner and I loved the updated system because of the CarPlay. After mastering the joy stick on my 19 the touchpad was very easy to use and a much better solution.
The true thing I actually cared about was the addition of Appleplay. I couldn’t care less how bad the Lexus apps are, which of course they are but I get to use Waze, Apple Music, and podcasts on the big screen and not on the iPhone in my lap anymore!
They made it touch screen which is cool but the down side is they had to slide the screen forward which made it less elegant to me. Auto reviewers have hated lexus infotainment systems since the beginning of time I quess but it’s all I’ve known since my 09 Highlanders 2’x2’ infotainment screen which was cutting edge for Toyota at the time.

Thanks for sending pics. Hope they are accurate. First glad HUD will be an option. Love the NAV screen intergrated in the dash rather than sitting on top of the dash, the touchscreen and the wrap around taillights like in the UX and new IS.

I really like those photos! But, what's the source? Looking closely at the pictures, the external photos appear to be of a styling buck, do we know if this is the final form?

I wonder if it's bigger or same size as the current model. The shifter is different though.

Looks like the original video was produced by Lexus, so it probably is the final form or very close to it. I'm starting to get excited...if they confirm a ~300hp 2.5T engine, I'll be sold.

it says Apple Music but the artwork looks so small on that large screen.
