First time owning a Lexus. Coming from the Volvo family. Volvo has gone downhill since they were bought out by a Chinese company IMO. My sister has had Lexus vehicles for years and recently she was in a bad accident and it totaled the car and she only had minor bruises. That was the when I was comfortable with the safety Lexus promises.

Hi all, I’ve just put down a deposit for a 350h F Sport in Australia, white with black leather. It comes standard with quite a bit compared to overseas models (radar cruise, HUD etc), but I also opted for enhancement pack 2 which includes panoramic sunroof, Mark Levinson, intelligent park, heated steering, and digital mirror. Always wanted a Lexus and would’ve considered RX but wanted a smaller SUV. Currently have a 2015 Mercedes Benz ML250 diesel and looking forward to the hybrid.

What are peoples thoughts on the black and white leather, I’m undecided if I should change from the all black?

I am in Aus too, Sydney and have 350 F Sport , white with black interior, EP1. Looks fabulous to me.

Greetings to all from Ontario (GTA), Canada.

1. NX350 F3 - Japan made
2. Caviar Exterior - Black Interior
3. Cargo cover is the only option that was added.
4. Car is getting ceramic coat this weekend (2 year package). Will post pics once it is out of the shop.
5. First time owning Toyota product.
6. Daily driver for wifey.
7. 2000K on it after 1.5 months of driving.

Looking forward to learning about the car from other owners.

Hi all. I just purchased the 2022 NX350h on March 9 and it has been at the dealer since March 12 waiting for rear liftgate glass. Freak accident 2 days after purchase took out the rear glass and there is NONE available in the U.S. I have been waiting and waiting while I reach out to every "glass finder" company, manufacturer and even the Lexus US corporate offices - simple answer is "there is none". The dealer has given me roughly 16 ETA dates that conveniently get moved as each date approaches. No one will even tell me if the glass is actually available. I am beyond frustrated. The fact that a car company is legally allowed to sell vehicles with no replacement parts available is unconscionable and irresponsible. Has anyone else had to deal with this type of issue with your new NX? I was told that one customer had to wait 5 weeks for a door handle cover - but at least she could drive her car without it.

Hi all.

Greetings from the UK. I have been a frequent visitor (i.e. lurker) to this forum for quite some time but have now decided to come out of the shadows! Thanks to everyone on here for their knowledge and advice.

I previously owned a 2018 Gen 1 NX but traded that in for a 2022 Gen 2 model. I placed my order back in September last year and collected the car in February. It's a 350h in Cloudburst Grey with Black\Rich Cream interior. The trim is what's known in the UK as Premium Plus Pack (which may equate to some kind of Luxury trim in the US and Canada) and includes the following:-

• 20" wheels
• 360 panoramic camera
• HUD
• 14" screen
• standard audio system (i.e. not ML)
• triple beam headlights
• 64 colour LED ambient lighting
• Power hatch with kick sensor

I paid MSRP for it (there were no discounts available on it due it's rarity and popularity). To date I've put just under 1,000 miles on it. Prospective buyers here in the UK are now reporting wait times of a year or more to get their hands on one and I still haven't seen another one on the UK roads that I frequent.

Terr1gal……Ordered late June 2021 took delivery 28 January, 2022. Mind you the new NX was only released 24/1/22 here so my long order was sight unseen. I had owned IS’s previously now they are off the market here was time to join the SUV craze. Lexus make terrific cars and their after sales service at Chatswood has been 1st class over the many years I have been a customer.

Excellent wheels! Looks like only non-US cars get this option? Not a fan of black wheels but the black wheels you guys have look pretty good too.
