Yes that's very quick. Mine is supposed to arrive at the end of this month and my sales rep said they won't know the VIN until a couple days before it arrives at the dealership. I ordered in late January. Seems like it's luck of the draw to know your VIN number. I would expect them to know the VIN #s of all the vehicles inbound to the dealership.

They try to keep the baseline price low in order to qualify for the provincial green grants. 8000$ in Quebec when the car costs less than 60000$

Per my experience I got my VIN this past Monday when it was on the truck and the dealer received my NX Tuesday. Picking it up this Friday as the dealer needs to do their pre delivery stuff.

OMG it’s getting worst, I just got told 9-12 months delay for NX 350h with Panoramic roof!! Looks, like it’s going to be a 2023 MY. What will happened with the financial rate…they told me they can only freeze the rate for 3 month period! Did any of you got the same restriction in Canada at least?

I was told that they would honor the financing rate for me until I take delivery of the vehicle. They also promised that if the rates went down, I would be eligible for that lower rate. But if the rates went up, they would honor the rate when I placed my order.

Wow, that makes more sense! Did you signed the actual contract or just the one pager offer? What about the MY, did they say anything about if there’s no more 2022, they will garantee the same price for the 2023?

I did sign an purchase order and make a refundable deposit. The rate is listed on that order. I also managed to negotiate a small discount and accessories at no cost.

In terms of MY, they were confident I would get my 450h+ in 3-6 months (so around May - July) so it would be a MY2022

My dealership (Richmond Hill) hasn’t even contacted me or mentioned anything about delays to my 350h … when I asked, they just say there’s a delay to pano roofs but don’t say anything else nor offered me to switch to an ultra premium. Not sure if I should be worried.

I keep feeling like I should have gone to Don Valley or Lexus on the Park instead. Ugh.

I am also waiting for news from Richmond Hill and even asked them about pano roof delays, but they said "no news yet". I ordered end of January. When did you order yours and what is your ETA?
