Just ordered (lease) a 350H here in Toronto with Lux package. Paying very (very) slightly under MSRP (throwing in winter and summer mats and a the activity mount / tow hook). It was either factory order which would be possibly April, or the dealership has an Atomic Silver 350H with Lux Package and black interior inbound for end of Fed - mid March so jumped on that one.

We will see when it actually arrives.

According the Specifications shown on the lexus.ca site, both All Season Floor Mats and Carpet Floor Mats are standard.

Did you get some other kind?

Hi, thank you for this info. Can you please clarify - did you get the activity mount for free and still paid MSRP that is $66,303.88 ? I am asking because the activity mount costs 563$+HST extra, so if you got that as a free addon, that is a decent discount these days.

I should clarify. The dealer was not willing to discount the MSRP so we agreed on mats (which to my chagrin, I now see are standard - although I will be getting a different kind of winter mat as I understand it now) and the activity mount for no additional charge as a "free add-on". No other discount but as I was going to purchase the activity mount (I do not have a new for towing - just a bike rack) I can rationalize it as a "discount".
Thx

I opted to go with the Luxury Package as there were several items (in Canada) that to me, were worth the price premium over the Premium Package. One dealer did have a 350H on the floor (it has since sold) but it was equipped with the Ultra Lux Package. While I would have been happy to enjoy the additional items in the Ultra Lux package, to me, I did not feel like paying an extra $4,300 for that package

I have also watched the Motormouth review of the 350H (I enjoy their reviews - non technical but I find them very practically informative) where the reviewer complained of the excessive noise of the run flats. I had the good fortune to find a 350H that I could test drive and in my 20 minute test drive, I did not (at least the time) find the noise too loud or too obtrusive. (Having said that, my daily driver is Tesla Model 3 which I love, but it is a 2018 model and it is loud on the highway!)

I test drove a 350h with the Premium Package and I did not find the run flat tire noise excessive or intrusive. It was quieter than my 2019 NX300.

I ordered the 350h with the Executive Package.

Does anyone know Lexus salesmen in the Toronto North area (Richmond Hill & Markham) who I could use to do a quick purchase for NX?
Never mind, ordered my lexus nx 350h today.

Here is my buying experience - I went this afternoon to Lexus of Richmond Hill (just north of Toronto) - I was ready to buy if the price is OK (I was expecting a reasonable discount off MSRP) but I did not expect that I will be able to do that at the first dealership on the first visit. I believe I lucked out on a professional sales rep that made the buying experience very pleasant.
To my surprise this dealership has no "administration/documentation fees", so you pay the price that you see on the toyota.ca website. I bought a 2022 Lexus NX 350h with a Luxury package (color Caviar with rioja red interior) for $66,303.00. This is full MSRP price, but I was able to negotiate additional accessories included at no cost: "activity mount" and "cargo liner", so that is about 800$ after-tax discount. I also hoped to get 3 free oil changes, but that was declined during the negotiation process.
After the sales rep was done with me, I had to sit with the manager that tried to sell me additional packages (rustproofing, Scotchguard, etc) with a price range from 10k to 2.5k. But even that guy was "reasonable pushy" and very respectful, so not bad.
Overall I had a very pleasant experience and now I have to just wait for the delivery that is expected in about 3 months. They did not know if the car will come from Japan or from a Canadian plant.

I assume you meant Lexus of Richmond Hill?
That's what I'm expecting that it will be MSRP with no discounts on the vehicle. Possible some accessories or discount on add-ons.

Yes, sorry, my mistake. That was Lexus of Richmond Hill. I was reading that other brand dealers were adding "administration fees" and mandatory add-ons to make a sale, so on my first visit I was just checking what dealership want and I was happy with experience.
