Any Hope of Getting a New NX under MSRP?

Besides paying over MSRP. The majority of the 450h Plug Ins will be going to the 12 low emissions standard states. Just like the current RAV4 Prime.
Checking the JMLexus web page today. It shows 4 each 350s in route.

Smart move.
if you have money to burn than paying over MSRP is fine but one must keep in perspective that this is after all just a 4 cylinder vehicle.

I never got the RAV4 Prime ADM. It's a $50K RAV4 and no way does it pay for itself, at least in California. It's also has heavy FWD bias. With ADM it's more than a luxury brand and that interior is not a luxury interior. I can see a SE at sticker, because that winds up at $35K with credit, but a loaded XSE+ADM makes it more than a MachE, Model Y or loaded Q5. And I have seen dealers throwing an extra $10K on the sticker.
Makes no sense to me as a buyer.

Agree 100%. Wanting a 350h but will only pay no more than MSRP. Every new or used certified Lexus have received 10-18% off. Guess will be our trade-in will get us $2-$3,000 more than expected making up for almost half of the difference of paying full price.

For anything from burgers to PS5s to new cars to houses, it's a seller's market. Everything is out of stock, back ordered, low stock, or delayed production.

In today's market, it would be a considered a good deal to get a new car at sticker price.
It will take at least several years for supply to catch up and prices to normalize, so just wait it out if you can.

If Lexus dealers sell at sticker, it's the same thing, get a 450+ because it's slightly better priced with credits and the fuel savings, and it should be because you pay more in taxes and have to worry a tiny bit about the tax credits. Add $5K-$10K of ADM on the 450+ and it's not worth it. If they do the same with the 350h, and many probably will, then we're all back to buying ICE vehicles.
Most of this nonsense will go away, eventually, but Toyota showed with the RAV4 Prime that they aren't, yet, really serious about EV's, or they would have made more RAV4 Primes when they could.

Never pay cash. Leverage your price negotiations with a longer loan term, smaller payment. Dealer will make more on the back end. After the deal is done. Wait a month, then pay it off. Dealer wont get the full advance kickback interest commissions with early payoff. Also ask the lender to provide a copy of your loan docs. Compare them to the ones you walked out with. If they dont match, there's dealer fraud. You might end up with a free car. Also never sign an electronic agreement provided on a ipad. Always ask for full paper contracts to review and sign.
