Premium vs Luxury package?

Not sure how you get to 60K. My 350h was $50K out the door. I got the premium package + 14in screen - for another 3K you could add 20in wheels, leather, the 14in screen (highly recommend) wood trim and heads up display. In retrospect if I could do it again I would opt for this - mostly for the leather.
So heads up display requires a luxury package?
Are 20 in wheels a lot more rough due to shorter sidewalls?
Am I correct that extra lumbar adjustments are limited to luxury only?

I want DM or the DIGITAL REARVIEW CAMERA, not rearview mirror that we are all used to using our entire lives, but it is now a CAMERA so you dont see the back seats or the back window, you see the same view of the backup camera only higher as the camera for it is above the window on the back of the car.
Getting this on a Premium which is what I want to spend is very hard, most luxury comes with it though it is still an add on of $200, but of course worth a lot more to have this cool thing but if I have to pay Luxury prices like $54,000 I probably cant.
Anyone have this camera with a PREMIUM car vs Luxury?
