Default Intuitive Park Assist

I seem to have this feature but am unsure how to activate it - I don't see it in the menu system on the left side steering wheel buttons. Not sure if it now just refers to the proximity sensors or it's supposed to include some auto park features. There is an on/off in the touchscreen for it but any explanation of how to use it would be appreciated.

Pulled this from the manual. Your console cluster would show the P icon if it's off. The intuitive parking assist can be enabled/disabled on the center display as follows:
  1. 1 Select (Car Display).
  2. 2 Select [Driving assist].
  3. 3 Select [Intuitive parking assist] to change ON (enable)/OFF (disabled).

When ON (enable) is selected, the intuitive parking assist indicator comes on.

When turned OFF (disabled), the intuitive parking assist will be disabled and will not be enabled until the setting is changed to ON again in center display.

(The system will not be reenabled by operating the power switch.)

Is it true that the park assist is only available on the 350h and NOT on the 450h+?

That seems strange since they both have electric motors which tends to be the requirement for remote parking.

Intuitive parking assist are the proximity sensors. Advanced Park is the automated parking feature. It is available on the 450h Luxury.

Apologies if I was unclear. I meant to say that Advanced Park is only on the 450h+ Luxury. The F-Sport doesn’t get it

Intuitive Assist should be on all 450h+.

I've built the 350H and can also add the Advanced Park feature. I really wish there was a reviewer that showed this feature. I'd love to see how it works... thus far I've seen nothing about it. Not even a video on Lexus's website indicating how it works or usability. Seems neat!

The video is of the "Advanced Park" feature , The "Advanced Park" feature: is a package that can be added to the NX 350h non F-Sport and NX 450h+ non F-Sport. The "Advance Park" feature also requires the "Vision" package. The "Vision" package is also called the "PANORAMIC VIEW MONITOR,* LANE CHANGE ASSIST,* FRONT CROSS-TRAFFIC ALERT* AND STEERING-WHEEL TOUCH SENSOR" package.

YMMV,

This is 100x better. The fact that you can register how you want it to park at your hours or various other methods is wonderful. Seems like a very useful feature for the $400 that it cost. I almost say this is a 100% must for my wife. She tends to hit things when she is backing up or trying to park..lol. This would more than likely eliminate almost all the issues she talks about when trying to park.

For people that have "Intuitive Parking Assist" feature (or have the premium package) - does that panoramic ("birds eye") view of your car show automatically when you put in reverse, along with the rear view? Or just the rear camera view? I am a little confused what is included in Intuitive Parking Assist.

The 360 degree view shows automatically when I put the car in reverse. It also shows up automatically if I am pulling forward into a parking space with cars on either side, to help me gauge the space between the cars.

Isn't the 360 thing an additional add-on over the Intuitive Park Assist and Premier package? I think we have both but no 360.

Her's another video of advance park assist. Actually there's 2 parts to this extensive video on the 2nd Gen NX model. Gives you a great 'start' to understanding all the features the NX line has to offer! Great Job done by North Side Lexus in USA.
