For me it works very well if the road has good painted lines and the weather is decent. I think it basically reads the lines on the road and the curb. In the rain it mostly won't work.

My 450h+ works well, better than on my ‘23 RX350 I used previously. I like how you don’t have to continuously juggle the steering wheel to keep the pay attention warning off. The NX doesn’t have the eye-ball monitor on top of the steering column like the RX, but I think instead there is a capacitative sensor on the steering wheel so by just simply keeping your fingers lightly on it, the LKA will continue to work on long drives with no warnings. It doesn’t do very well on curvy roads though. I rented a Genesis once and it turned sharper turns for me when the system was running.
