Is there anyway to answer an incoming phone call from the steering wheel buttons?
Have to reach over to the Nav screen to touch the incoming call icon. Same thing to end a call.

Without HUD : Left side of the wheel rightmost row / middle button (pick up / hang up and issuing a call with the help of infotainment system)
With HUD : assuming you did not personnalise the layout yet, you use the left tactile pad on the wheel and check for the phone symbol (two symbols one to pick up, one to hang up)

So you use your finger to touch the left pad without symbols
You'll see the symbols on your hud and IIRC the function description.
The one on which your finger is will show in black on white background
You just move your finger to the right place (if needed) and then press the pick up symbol or the hang uo symbol depending on the situation.
As theses functions can be set to each driver preferences, it's difficult to be more specific as you get two pads (one on the left side of the steering wheel and one on the right side) and each pad has sort of 2 pages you can cycle through using the lowermost button below each pad.

Well that depends
with the hud your eyes never leave the road and as you can customize the functions to suit your personnal needs and habits.
just a different learning curve
