I tried to use the digital key on my android today and it wouldn't work at all. I'm in an underground parking garage without any cellular signal. I approached my car with my phone and it acted like there's no key around it. I could unlock the car with the Lexus app, though it has to work in "offline" mode since I don't have signal. However the only thing I could do is unlock and lock by pushing the buttons in the app. Can't unlock/lock using the door handles and can't start the car. I assume bluetooth is working fine since it's able to lock and unlock. Anyone else get the digital key to work?

 

How do you work the digital key? Is it connected to the car via the app on the phone?

I am getting a 2022 NX 350 H, do I need to go on the screen In the car and do anything?

 

It doesn't completely work and interferes /conflicts with other similar controls : (phone apps, memory settings, profiles, wallet key, key fob/s, etc._
