Technically the true emergency is 24/7 but they don't support Lexus app. They transferred me to Brand Support which closes by 7pm ET....

I'd be curious if you learn anything regarding these missing panels. I tried resetting the car thereby removing my profiles and digital keys. Deleting the app and then re-downloading (iPhone 12) and then setting myself back up fresh. The Parking Location, Pulse and Recent Trips continue to not show up and in addition, after watching that video I also noticed that in the Remote Climate the only option for me is to Set Temperature. I found this forum after I had reset the infotainment system, I noticed that the ACC Customize mentioned in another thread was on, which I turned off because we are also having an issue with the car identifying us on startup; however, I am not really surprised since the digital keys are via bluetooth and myself and my partner enter the vehicle about the same time. But trying to load a profile can be a pain sometimes when you enter the pin and it does not log the user in on the 1st attempt... requires a couple tries. [450h+]

I have 350 F Sport 3 and I have most of the cards except under Remote Climate I have only the ability to set temperature, and nothing about defrost, seat heating, steering heationg , etc. Trips and Drive puls are missing also. I am based in Canada any idea if this is the reason why?

Today I called Lexus customer support 800-255-3987, and they asked me to remove Lexus app and download it again which of course is of no help as many people have already tried that (and I told them so but they didn't believe me). They now forwarded my issue to their Telematics team and said that they will fix and let me know. I am not holding my breadth though. The 3 missing cards aren't that essential, so I can wait to see if they can come up with anything.

My remote climate does have pretty much everything.

After updating Lexus iOS app to the latest version (released yesterday), last parked location and drive pulse etc start to show up, so far so good for their fixes.

I updated a few days ago and still do not have it, is that the update you mean @nx450hfspt ? Do you have IOS 15.3.1 or later?

I have iOS 15.4. Go to app store and update Lexus iOS app again. App store says that new version 2.0.0 of Lexus app was released 1 day ago, so yours may be old.

Hurray! After updating the app, I now see last parked location! A funny thing is the prior app did not show this tile, but my Apple Watch did!
