2022 NX 450h+ Luxury. 205 miles. 2 weeks owning after 6 months with Rav4 Prime XSE.

Just did a Y-turn move to back into my driveway as usual. As I lined up and came to a stop, I switched gears from D to R. Normally, this then engages the rear-facing cameras and displays the rear view on the multi-media infotainment screen. This time, however, in switching to R, the infotainment screen totally blacked out. I switched to D, then back to R, but the screen stayed black.

Fortunately, no traffic was coming and I was able to back off of the street using my side mirrors. As I got safely off of the street, I again tried shifting from D to R with no result. I then went into Park and tried going into R from that position, - no luck. I then went into Park, powered the vehicle off and then back on. The screen/system reset and the cameras properly displayed when shifting into R.

This is my 2nd Lexus product in the past 15 years. I've also had 3 other Toyota products in the same time period, so no stranger to Lexus/Toyota operations. This one, however, was very weird - gives me pause and some concern.
