I connected to WiFi as well as tried from my phone via a hotspot - tried holding the volume button to restart the console and tried accessory power and also car to fully on; tried both plugged in as well as not... Software Update reports no update available. Also tried the json file via USB which also reports no update via the site. So no luck here.

TYPE PREVIOUS VERSION CURRENT VERSION
HU Version 1002, 1005, 1007, 1020 1025
VD Version 1001 1010
I'll give it a shot tonight after our car gets home, I seem to remember we're on version 1002/1001 from the last time I looked. It looks like this should be available via the car's cellular update process too, so WiFi may not be needed after all.
Additional note:
Do this with the car 'ON' and do not turn your car off at any point during the process, it used to be possible to fry your head unit with older updates. I've gotten impatient once and a while or forgetful and almost turned previous cars off during an updates. Dealer is the safest way to to it, and they can get to the USB files directly from Lexus, but I'm rarely patient enough.

Wow that is a lot of software fixes. Sounds like some softwares folks dropped the ball. Not like Lexus it seems. Hopefully the fixes are updated before any new NX get delivered and folks who have their nx’s can update easily

While connected to WiFi and playing with other settings in the garage (car was ON) I just got a quick pop-up message similar to the one for a School Zone, but darker yellow, that said something about being unable to install update, error 101. It flashed too quickly for me to get a picture and I was unable to get it to come back.
I had been trying to figure out why the car had started charging early...it had lost its clock setting some time today, but that had been fixed and set manually.
Anyone else seen this message?

I work in the software world. No software is perfect and there will always be fixes as everybody's use case are different. It can only get better over time.

Zero….these here fixes are a crap shoot. Hoping they work out for all of you tho. So glad I could be a small part of the process of readying up this great vehicle for world class use! I did my best.

We all knew Lexus would fix the problem/s even though they were minor annoyances and not impacting safety, performance, or reliability. Patience pays off. Thank you, Lexus.
