@NX350FSP Thanks for posting this photo. Were you connected to a Wi-Fi router at the time of update?

Yes, I used the cars cell signal to download. Kept the car running while doing it.

Five-week-old 450h+ in SoCal here. It seems the update is gradually rolling through the fleet. I have not tried to force an update. Finally on Sunday evening after starting the car, I got the pop-up notification in the top right of the screen indicating new software was ready. The car hadn't been in range of wifi for a few days, so I'm assuming it came over the car's cell connection. Have patience, friends--your time will come!

Wife got her NX 350T last night. Car drives great, but we're already seeing issues with her "profile". When she starts the car, sometimes it recognizes her, other times it doesn't. I asked at the dealership if it had the update and he mentioned that Service told them Lexus is rolling it out by VIN and didn't really say if ours was updated.
When I go into Software Update, no updates are available. How can I tell if I have the latest version? When I go into (I believe) the Software Information area, there are several items that have version numbers. Any ideas on which item corresponds to which update?

I had the exact same issue and posted about it on another thread. The solution for me was to completely remove my phone from the car and remove the car from the Lexus app on my phone and set it all up again. I also found that using the key fob as the recognition device instead of your phone makes Apple Carplay connect more consistently.

Update downloaded and installed on 15 April. Although I read the list of updates, my issue of the reliability in the automatic switching of drivers profiles may not have yet be addressed. I will continue to test this functionality.

I don't think I got mine yet in Vancouver. Does it show it is updating on the app or on the car display?
EDIT: Oops, I just found above that a message "pops up" in the upper right corner of the display when there is an update to download, that answers my question!

For what it’s worth before the update I shut off my phone completely and then started it back up once the update was done. I then made sure WiFi and Bluetooth were connected to the car. Maybe try a reboot on your phone and see if that helps.
