After the server fixed, no more error but no update. Still stuck at 2031.

I have checked my friend's 2024 NX350h same issue no update and stuck at 2031.

Funny that you have update 2031. Is that HU? or what module is that version number. The update should go to 2170. But it could be just done in waves. You could just the USB method to check if there is an update or not. After checking, I got the message on the car saying there was an update. Because in the morning when I went out it didn't say I had an update, but after going through the USB method, I went to the car and it had an update. Not sure if it was related, or it was just happen to be release right after I got home.

It is HU SW, version 2031.

I have tried the JSON file and after uploading the file stated the Interface System has the latest update.

I guess you may be on another update wave cos I have never seen 2031. Prior to the update it was 2050.
