Question Process to claim Tire and Wheel Protection

I had purchased Tire and Wheel protection plan from Lexus at the time of purchasing my NX 450h+. Today, I just found out that there is a flat tire and it's not holding pressure at all. Has anyone any experience with Lexus's tire and wheel protection claim in California? What is the process? I think my car needs to be towed. So where should I tow it to or whom should I call? I have roadside assistance from my insurance, but not sure about the process. It's late night here and fortunately I discovered it after reaching home. If anyone has any experience, please share.

Take it to the dealership and they will take care of you. Lexus of Stevens Creek should quickly take care of you. Also, Lexus has Roadside covered for you.

I hope the dealers have access to these tires if we need them. My NX450h+ has Bridgestone Alenza run-flats 235/50R20 100V A/S02,Treadwear 400, Traction A, Temp. A.

Bridgestone's website doesn't show them available for my car. Neither does Discount Tire. Tire Rack said they are on backorder (2-3 months) at $264.50 each (235/50R20 BS, Alenza AS02 RFT).

Thanks for the information. Lexus Service Center said they don't have NX compatible tire in stock. So they have ordered it. They gave me a loaner for the time being. Hopefully it arrives soon.

This was on my list of reasons I am waiting at least another year to pull the trigger on a new NX...

Besides the lack of tire stock, I was also concerned the new tires would wear more quickly and when one needed replacing, they would all need replacing due to dread depth.

Best of luck on getting the new tire...let us know how it goes.

Just wanted to share the update on this thread.
I got my tire replaced today. As per the invoice, Lexus is charging $348.09 ($275 tire + $45 labor + $3 fee + $25.09 tax) to the Tire and wheel protection insurance company. Since my car was already at the service center, I informed about the recall notice (22LA02) to my service advisor. A technician checked and confirmed welding is fine and they took pictures to send them to their corporate office. For the other recall notice (22LB01), they will contact me once a remedy will be available.
