A number of these are also listed in the manual in Section 10-2. Customizable features, pages 763-780. The tables distinguish between those functions that can be modified by the driver, by the dealer, or both.

Good to know! The manual is so big that I have only skimmed it unless I was searching for something in particular...

I just checked the list in the manual and it represents 43% of the list provided by Carista...

There maybe a small bug in the programming of the Coming-home lights settings.

I used the Carista app for Android to change a Customizable feature (restricted to Lexus service) setting "Coming-home lights" from ON to OFF. It did change fine and now the headlights do not stay on for 30 seconds when I exit the car.

However, when my wife is in the car with her secondary driver profile, then the car still keeps the headlights on for 30 seconds when she exits the car...

I tried to reprogram the Coming-home lights using her profile but it did not work. When I scan the settings they do show Coming-home lights OFF.

So it looks like the settings do work fine for the main profile but do not work for the secondary profile.

If someone was able to change some settings and it works for both the primary and secondary profile please let me know, thanks.

I haven’t compared the above list to the manual yet. Is it the same? Or is there a newer updated list? Coming up to my 6 month service soon when you can get them to change settings for free.

Actually I did that and I reversed it a few days later as having the flasher for longer while changing lanes was not an improvement for me, it was already well set...

And yet no way to default-disable the annoying stop/start function, which can be coded on BMWs and some other brands.

I don’t know if the iOS app is severely limited compared to the android app. I got the Carista OBD device as well as the iOS Carista app on my iPhone. The list of customizations that I saw was a small fraction of what you have listed here. I was most interested in being able to shorten the distance for stopping using parking brake assist for from stationary objects so that I could have the advantage of the automatic braking but get closer to my garage door. Didn’t have that option on my app. Disappointing. I need to go in for my 10,000 mile service relatively soon and I’m hoping that if I ask the people there they can shorten that distance so I can get closer to the garage door when parking with the brake assist.

The beta version of Carista has the options. Not sure if iOS version has the beta setup.

Are these personalized settings the same for 2023 NX 350h? Does anyone have a doc from dealership for the personalized settings from the first free service on that vehicle?
