Has anyone found an iphone case that works well on our wireless charger? Preferably one with magsafe? My apple silicone case (I have an iPhone 12 pro max) doesn't charge. I'd like a thinner case since I assume that is the issue. But I also use the apple magsafe wallet, so I don't want to lose that with a case that doesn't include it. Can anyone help? Thanks!

On my YouTube Channel, someone took my advise to hard reboot their iPhone and he claims that the charger started working for him.

You should give it a try and see if your phone start charging.

if it were only that simple… I too have tried the Apple Silicon case with no luck at all. I have tried it with an iPhone 12 pro, and iPhone 13 pro, and multiple cases. The only time it works is with no case, and it will slide around during normal driving. I have three Chi chargers in my house and can charge any of these phones with any of these cases with no issues at all. I think it’s safe to say that it is the Qi charger in the Lexus that is the problem.

Also, you will notice that it will charge for 30 seconds and then start blinking. It is always 30 seconds.

I only said the fact that someone did a hard reboot and it worked the hard reboot. There are articles talking about the Mag Qi issues and people doing a hard reset has worked.

I tried it and it did not work. By all the people having problems it is evident that the Qi charger in the Lexus NX 350 is lacking.
