I wonder if this could be the rattle I hear sometimes at the front of the vehicle that is annoying on certain roads

Looks like only PHEV owners are getting these notices, but that may be because the app is slightly different. I have a hybrid with a very low VIN so I'm wondering too.

I have a low VIN (I think) which ends in 859. Here are the notices I just received:

You can also put your VIN in here to check:

http://www.toyota.com/recall

We have a 450 and got the VSC notice but I don't see the spot weld notice, got my finger's crossed.

I've heard that the VSC issue is only for the 350h/450h models (and LS), and all cars up to current production, but the spot welds are potentially on any model, through Jan production, just not every car. Dealers can't sell the new cars till they come up with an ECU fix for the VSC issue.

Two different recalls. All hybrids (but not non-hybrids) have the VSC issue, all models might have the spot weld issue, but only certain cars.

I have a 350h Takumi in the UK and have the Spot Weld Inspection recall.

Dealer has only just got the notification this morning so they don’t have full info of what is involved yet.

Not sure how accurate this site is, but it's the most info I've seen about the recall: https://www.carcomplaints.com/news/2...-detach.shtmlA

A 2022 Lexus NX recall involves about 4,500 SUVs because the front shocks may be missing welds where the shock absorbers are mounted to the body panels.

The 2022 Lexus NX and NX Hybrid shock absorbers may separate from their mounting areas and cause a loss of stability.

About 500 of the recalled Lexus NX SUVs are in Canada, but the automaker didn't announce more details other than how dealerships plan on inspecting the welding around the shock absorber mounting areas.

Toyota is working on what dealers will do if there are missing welds.

Lexus NX recall letters will be mailed in June 2022.

CarComplaints.com will update this page when the government releases details.

Lexus NX and NX Hybrid owners with questions should call 800-255-3987.

Whenever there is a drivability concern recall, Lexus/Toyota will put you in a rental at no cost until the vehicle is fixed if you as the customer do not feel safe driving your vehicle. My girlfriend was in a rental for 5 months while the fuel pump recall was being done on her car

I have it too. 350h in Montreal, Quebec. However i don't have a notification to call the dealer. I see "Remedy - Lexus is currently trying investigating this issue and will be developing a remedy."
